2022 was a year of recovery, on many fronts. It is a great privilege that you are still connected with KLM.

Over the past year we have not always been able to provide you with the service you have come to expect from us. This was due to staff shortages at airports worldwide, which may have impacted your experience. On the other hand, I hope that we have been able to assist you during this difficult period. You are and will remain our top priority in the New Year.
