Plan your next trip with full flexibility

Dear Tai,
Our new booking policy offers maximum flexibility when planning your trip. Besides being able to rebook your ticket, you can now also request a refundable voucher if you wish to postpone or cancel your trip. Regardless of the reason and at no extra cost*.

You can use this voucher to book a new ticket or to get a cash refund. The new policy applies to new and existing bookings with a departure date up to and including March 31, 2021. If you made a booking via a travel agent, please request a voucher there directly.

Request a refundable voucher
Would you like to book a new flight departing on or before March 31, 2021? If your plans change you can now cancel your flight and request a refundable voucher, regardless of the reason. You can request your voucher online or via your travel agent and use it at a later date for a new flight.

Request a refund
If you prefer a refund, this is also possible. Please request a refundable voucher first, after which you can apply for a refund. Both requests can be made online or via your travel agent.

Rebooking
The option of changing your departure date or destination at a later stage remains in place. For example, did you book a flight for next month, but would you rather fly next year? Or would you like to change your destination from Vienna to Rome? You can change your booking without a change fee via My Trip or via your travel agent.

Flight schedule updates
We've resumed flights to Amsterdam from Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington, Boston, and Houston. Flight schedule is subject to change. Please check our website for the most recent schedule and consult local authorities before traveling.

On October 7 we will celebrate our 101st birthday. Looking back at our anniversary last year, we realize how much the world has changed. The coronavirus has impacted us all and we have been doing everything we can to make sure you can travel with confidence. Just as we have for the past ten decades and we will continue to do so in the future!
