Like you we're adapting quickly to the ongoing situation and taking proactive steps to ensure we can travel together safely in the near future. We would like to inform you about the changes to our product, schedule and policies to enable you to travel with confidence. Latest updates   Travel together safely Our main priority is to ensure that our passengers and crew feel safe on board whilst flying. Therefore, we have taken measures, following the guidelines of the WHO. One of these measures is the use of face masks on board and during boarding. Starting 11 May, face masks are compulsory on all flights across the whole KLM network. View all measures    Applying for a voucher or refund If you have booked with us in the past months and you'd like to postpone your trip, you can apply for a voucher. If your flight has been cancelled, you can apply for a refund. We are doing our utmost to send your voucher or refund as soon as possible. Due to the large number of requests, it may take several weeks to receive your voucher or refund. You can find more information on our Flight Updates page. More information    Latest flight schedule While our schedule is strongly reduced, KLM is committed to offering flights to customers who need to travel. At the moment KLM operates flights on a weekly basis from New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles to our hub in Amsterdam. Flight schedule is subject to change. Please check our website for our current flights and always consult local authorities before flying.
